Spring Fair Highlights: Our Favourite Finds

The Spring Fair is a large trade show in Birmingham, where we exhibited our products last week. It’s five intense days of talking, meeting and discussing our products with potential new retailers and clients. From an exhibitor’s point of view, it’s really good fun. You meet some great fellow exhibitors, swap tips and get to see the new cool stuff before it hits the shelfs.

I’m a sucker for spoiling my kids, so I love taking an hour or so to check out the fab stuff. Rumour has it that if you walked around the entire exhibition, it totals 7 miles. No wonder buyers come for two or three days in a row! I always come home with a list of ‘must-haves’, so here are my favourite things that I saw this year (and bought)!

  1. Yeti in My Spaghetti

  2. This is like Kerplunk but without the set up hassle and noise! Win win… plus, the kids seem to find the name hilarious. It pleases my four year old, and my seven year old, so again, double win win!

  3. The Easy Read Time Teacher

  4. My seven year old is learning how to tell the time at the moment. ‘Time’ Work sheets have been the focus of homework for at least the last four weeks. But after literally five minutes with the Easy Read, he can tell the time. Amazing! Seriously amazing!

  5. Yedoo Skooter

  6. When my children started school, I had this lovely idea that we would walk, scoot or bike the 1.5 mile trip each morning. I failed to realise that they find walking boring, the bike won’t fit in the back of the car for pick up and their scooters are annoyingly noisy. The Yedoo reminds me of a scooter with bike wheels. A smooth ride, can fit into the car and looks mega cool. We are now a family that scoots to school (three years later!)

Why not check out these products and buy now, that is unless you want another ‘hatch animal’ saga again this Christmas?!?
