We have a number of different delivery options depending on where you live and how quickly you’d like your order.

UK Standard (Hermes) – £2.95
Within 3-5 days

UK Premium (DHL) – £7.25

UK Saturday Delivery (Royal Mail) – £10.95

Mainland Europe – £12.18
Within 3-5 days

Rest of World – £14.95
Within 5-7 days

Handling Time

All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day

Returns

We hope you love your Selfie goodies as much as we do, but if you’ve changed your mind or you’re not happy with them for any reason you can return them to us for an exchange or refund.

All items for refund should be sent back in a re-sellable condition within 14 days.

Please send any returning item(s) with a copy of your order invoice (so we can identify you), to:

Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and the funds should appear on your bank statement within 1-5 working days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalised items can not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS
Unfortunately, manufacturing faults & printing errors do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please email info@selfieclothing.co.uk

Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
